Unlike grain-finished or feedlot beef, our cattle are raised entirely on pasture from start to finish. The result is one of the most nutrient-dense protein sources available, naturally higher in omega-3s, CLA, antioxidants, and essential vitamins.
A Quarter Cow is ideal for individuals, couples, or smaller households who want the benefits of buying beef by the animal without committing to a half or whole cow. All beef is professionally butchered, vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and delivered frozen to your door.
