If your order arrives with any issues—such as damage, spoilage, or incorrect items—we will make it right. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at
support@fergusonfarms.farm with your order details and a photo of the issue. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
What We Do Not Cover
To ensure fairness and efficiency, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
- Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout
- Packages delayed or lost due to carrier errors (unless shipping protection was purchased)
- Products that have been stored improperly after delivery
- Customer dissatisfaction with taste preferences (since taste is subjective)
Order Cancellations & Modifications
You have complete control over your order through your online account up until the weekly deadline: Sunday at midnight. After this cutoff, all orders are final as they are immediately processed for fulfillment.
