Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship in insulated boxes with dry ice. Orders are packed to stay frozen for 24 to 48 hours in transit. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We ship nationwide across all 48 contiguous states. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Free shipping thresholds and current promotions are displayed at checkout and on the store homepage. Subscribers typically qualify for reduced or free shipping on recurring orders.
Partially thawed product is safe as long as it is still cold to the touch and has not been at room temperature for more than two hours. If the product arrived warm or has an off odor, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions ship on your chosen frequency — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Subscribers receive priority access to limited cuts and exclusive pricing.
Log in to your account at fergusonfarms.farm, navigate to Subscriptions, and select the subscription you want to manage. From there you can change your frequency, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel. No phone call required.
Orders
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered fulfillment. Contact our support team immediately if you need to make a change.
One-time orders can be placed without a subscription. However, an account is required to manage subscriptions, view order history, and access exclusive member pricing. Creating an account takes under a minute.
Products
Our cattle are raised exclusively on pasture and grass from birth to harvest — no grain finishing, ever. This produces beef with a higher omega-3 to omega-6 ratio and a richer, more complex flavor than conventionally raised beef.
Ferguson Farms is based in Plant City, in central Florida. We source from our own farm and a network of verified regenerative farms that meet our strict standards for animal welfare and pasture management.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or with quality issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
