How to Cook Short Ribs
Short ribs are made for slow cooking. For best results, sear the ribs on all sides in a hot Dutch oven with a bit of Organic Grass-Fed Tallow. Remove the ribs, sauté your aromatics, then return the ribs to the pot with red wine and beef broth. Cover and braise in a 325°F oven for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is fork-tender. They are also excellent in a slow cooker.
