How do I skip or cancel my Subscribe & Save order?
You’re always in control. You can edit items, skip a delivery, or cancel anytime — no commitments, no hidden cancellation buttons, and no hassle.
Will I get a reminder before my order ships?
Yes! We’ll send both an email and text reminder 2–3 days before your order ships so you can make any needed changes in time.
What free items can I choose from with Subscribe & Save?
Each subscription delivery includes a free bonus item. You can currently choose from:
- Gourmet Ground Beef
- Pastured Chicken Wings
- Baseball Cut Sirloin Steak
You’re free to change your freebie anytime. Options may rotate seasonally.
How long do I have to update or change my order?
You can make changes until your local order cutoff deadline. We’ll send a reminder email and text the week before your box ships, including your deadline to customize.
Can I place a one-time order between subscription deliveries?
Our system doesn’t currently support one-time orders between scheduled subscriptions, but we’re happy to help. Just contact our support team, and we’ll manually create an order for you.
How do I change my delivery frequency?
Log in to your account and select Subscribe & Save from the menu. Choose from the following delivery options:
- Every week
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
- Every 8 weeks
You can update your schedule anytime.
Can I send a gift through my account?
Yes! Visit our Gift Boxes page to send a one-time order to yourself or someone else. This won’t impact your subscription.
How do I change my next delivery date?
Log into your account, click on Subscribe & Save, then choose the “Get it Sooner” option to select a new ship date.
