Gift Box FAQs
Q: I want to ship my gift directly to the gift recipient. Where do I put my gift recipient's name and delivery address?
A: Please add your gift recipient's first and last name under the contact information section, and replace your address in the delivery details section.
Q: How do I change my "estimated delivered by" date at checkout?
A: The default date is the next soonest delivered by date to your gift recipient's address. But you can change the estimated delivery by date by clicking on the Delivery Details section and selecting an alternative date in the drop-down menu.
Q: How do I send gift boxes to multiple addresses?
A: If you have multiple people to whom you'd like to send a Ferguson Farms Gift Box, you would place each order separately so that our system would know when and where to send each box.
Q: Do you notify my gift recipient that a Ferguson Farms Gift Box is coming?
A: Ferguson Farms does not directly contact your gift recipient; however, we will send you, the buyer, all tracking information and keep you up-to-date on when your Gift Box is packed, picked up for delivery, and shipped to your gift recipient's address.
Q: When will my Ferguson Farms Gift Box be delivered?
A: You will choose the week that your Gift Box arrives during checkout.
Q: How will my Ferguson Farms Gift Box come packaged?
A: All products come packed in a premium Gift Box lined with butcher paper and include a card from the Seven Sons. During transport, your box will be contained in a larger box and kept frozen with dry ice.
Q: Are Gift Boxes part of the Subscribe & Save Program?
A: Gift Boxes are not eligible for our popular Subscribe & Save program
Q: Can I send a custom Gift Box?
A: We are not set up to offer custom gift boxes at this time.
