How to Use Sliced Marrow Bones
For bone broth — roast at 400°F for 30–40 minutes first to develop flavor, then transfer to a stockpot or slow cooker, cover with cold water, add a splash of apple cider vinegar to help extract minerals, and simmer for 12–24 hours. Finish each bowl with our Pink Himalayan Sea Salt for a clean, mineral-rich finish. For roasted marrow — roast upright at 450°F for 15–20 minutes and scoop directly from the bone.
