How to Cook a T-Bone Steak
The T-Bone is built for the grill. The bone insulates the meat, keeping it exceptionally juicy. Preheat your grill to high heat, pat the steak completely dry, and season generously. Grill for 4–6 minutes per side for medium-rare, developing a deep crust. Because the filet side cooks faster, position it further from the direct heat source.
