Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs skirt steak
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced

Instructions:
