Find the last day to order so your box arrives in time for each holiday. Grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chicken, and wild-caught seafood, shipped frozen nationwide.
All deadlines are Sunday at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Every box ships frozen with insulation and dry ice.

How We Ship
A Weekly Cycle Built Around Frozen Delivery
Every week works the same way, which is why the deadlines fall on Sundays.
Orders Collected
We collect orders Monday through Sunday. The weekly cutoff is Sunday at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
Ships Tue or Wed
Boxes ship Tuesday or Wednesday and arrive Wednesday through Friday.
No Weekend Shipping
We never ship over a weekend, so your box never sits in a warehouse.
Packed Frozen
Every box is packed frozen with insulation and dry ice sized for the trip.

Why the Dates Are Earlier
We Plan Around UPS Holiday Closures
UPS is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, and does not deliver ground packages on New Year's Eve. We plan around those closures so no box sits in a UPS facility over a holiday.

Holiday Ship Days, Week by Week
Orders are collected Monday through Sunday and ship the following week. The 2-day and 3-day zones ship Tuesday only. The 1-day zone ships Tuesday or Wednesday. We do not ship on Mondays or weekends.

The 3-day zone has no shipments from December 22 through January 4. Christmas Eve deliveries are allowed, but recipients are more likely to be away. UPS says its holiday schedule can change, so check this page again in early December.
After a Cutoff
Orders Placed After a Deadline Are Still Accepted
They ship on the next date that keeps the box moving, which may mean arrival after the holiday.
- Orders Nov 16 to 222-day ground, 3-day ground, and 2nd Day Air ship Tuesday, December 1.
- After Dec 133-day ground orders ship Tuesday, January 5.
- After Dec 202-day ground orders ship Tuesday, January 5.
- After Dec 271-day ground and 2nd Day Air orders ship Tuesday, January 5.
- January 5The normal weekly schedule resumes.

What if I order after the deadline?
Your order is still accepted and ships on the next available date listed on this page. It may arrive after the holiday.
Will my box arrive on a specific day?
Deliveries arrive Wednesday through Friday, depending on your location. You will receive shipping and delivery notifications by email once your box ships.
Which days do you ship during the holidays?
We ship with UPS. The 2-day and 3-day ground zones ship on Tuesday only. The 1-day ground zone ships on Tuesday or Wednesday. We do not ship on Mondays or weekends.
Which holidays does UPS close or skip delivery?
UPS is closed on Thursday, November 26 (Thanksgiving), Friday, December 25 and Friday, January 1. UPS does not deliver ground packages on Thursday, December 31. UPS Ground does deliver on Thursday, December 24.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Please bring your box inside promptly after delivery. It is packed with dry ice to stay frozen in transit, not to sit outside for long. Christmas Eve deliveries are allowed, but recipients are more likely to be away.
Can I pick up my order?
We ship only and do not offer local pickup.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and double-check it before placing your order.
Can the holiday schedule change?
Yes. UPS has said its holiday schedule can change. Check this page again in early December before you place a late order.
