How much freezer space will I need?
Plan about 1 cubic foot per 35–40 lbs of meat. For reference, our 1/8 Beef Box is ≈ 35 lbs.
How long will meat last in the freezer?
Up to one year while the vacuum seal remains intact. If a seal loosens, use that package first.
Are bundles customizable?
You can create your own bundle. Our curated bundles are set for pricing and weight.
What comes in the Tailgate Box?

Are items individually vacuum-sealed?
Yes. Cuts are vacuum-sealed in BPA-free, easy-tear packaging and flash-frozen at peak freshness.

When should I order to get it in time for game day?
Order by Sunday 11:59 pm ET to be queued for our mid-week shipping cycle. Most orders deliver 1–3 business days after shipment depending on your UPS zone.
Do you offer local pickup?
No—we ship directly to your door. Pickup is not available.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes—contiguous U.S. with free shipping at $159+. Carrier: UPS.
How is my order packed?
Insulated liners + dry ice, labeled Perishable. Items are shipped frozen to maintain quality during transit.
What if I’m not home at delivery?
UPS will leave the box at your address. Packaging is designed to hold temp for hours; please bring it inside and freeze items as soon as possible.

From our trusted partners and ranch network (e.g., Fort McCoy Ranch, Providence Cattle Company, Northstar Bison) and Ferguson Farms. The specific source is listed on each product page/label.
Are any products organic?
Our poultry is all pasture-raised. Some items are certified organic (as labeled). Always check the product page and package label for certifications.
How do I thaw safely?
Best: thaw in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours. Quick method: sealed package in cold water; change water every 30 minutes. Do not thaw at room temperature.
